At the ITALMAR GROUP, we work hard on quality statement, both internally and externally. For this reason, we carry out annual Quality Audits in all our offices, with Bureau Veritas Company, which examines our procedure and Certifies Annually, valuing our Quality procedure very positively.
Our company is totally committed to high quality, safety, respect for the environment, solvency, and ethics, acting completely independently and assuming its civil responsibility according to ISO 9001; 2015 standards.
The organization’s objective is that the Quality of the services it offers is a true reflection of the needs and expectations of each client, ensuring their satisfaction and the long-term success of the company. To this end, it establishes, declares, and assumes the following principles:
- The Management demonstrates leadership and commitment regarding the Quality Management System, promoting the use of the process approach and risk-based thinking.
- Prevention, detection, correction, and continuous improvement throughout the service cycle.
- Each Italmar Group employee is committed to the quality of procedures and operations.
- The organization and its members are committed to comply with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as others that may be applicable.
This Quality Policy has been communicated to all Italmar Group personnel and is available to all relevant parties.
Duty of Confidentiality Policy
ITALMAR GROUP treats the information and personal data that people provide to us, in a licit, loyal and transparent manner in relation to the interested party, for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and will not be subsequently processed in a manner incompatible with said purposes, according to the article, 89, section, 1; the further processing of personal data for purposes of archiving in the public interest, scientific and historical research purposes or statistical purposes will not be considered incompatible with the initial purposes, the data will be adequate, pertinent and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for those that are treated and if necessary, updated.
The QUALIA GROUP company and Project Consult company supervises our procedure to ensure that we proceed properly, auditing us every year to verify compliance with data confidentiality. Security Policy
ITALMAR GROUP undertakes to follow reviews to improve and maintain the security policy and ensure its effectiveness in its management system.
Occupational Health & Safety Policy Statement
Senior management establishes, implements and maintains an occupational health and safety policy. The Italmar Group’s objective of preventive safety is to establish standards that prevent accidents and illnesses workers caused by various agents.
Conflicts of Interest Policy
Italmar carries out regular risk assessments, monitoring, testing training and communication of its ABC programme. Italmar also maintains clear whistleblowing policies and processes, to ensure that individuals can confidentially report concerns, without fear of retribution, confident that they will be investigated and remedied appropriately.

Environmental Policy Statement
The ITALMAR GROUP, aware of the relevance of respect for the environment and therefore of its responsibility, decides to make available the necessary resources to ensure that such goals are achieved in its main activity.
- Firm commitment to comply with legal environmental requirements and other voluntary requirements. To be more demanding with these requirements.
